Easy Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large carton cottage cheese
1 large cucumber
1 medium onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and serve ice cold on a bed of lettuce.
