Pear Half Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pear halves
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped nuts
    cream
    sugar to taste
Preparation
    Mix together softened cream cheese, mayonnaise and nuts.
    Add cream a little at a time to make a smooth texture.
    Add sugar.
    Put a heaping tablespoon on each pear half; serve on lettuce leaf.
