Pocket Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. canola oil
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat in a bowl until dough leaves sides.
    Turn onto a lightly floured surface; gather into a ball.
    Knead 10 times (I had fun doing this).
    Cover with a bowl; let stand 15 minutes.
