Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    1 stick oleo
    1 tsp. soda, mixed with flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Thoroughly cream together Crisco, oleo and sugar.
    Mix in eggs and vanilla.
    Alternately add flour with soda and buttermilk until blended.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Makes 3 layers. Between cooled layers, spread cooled filling.
