Pork Chops With Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. thinly sliced raw potatoes
1 small onion, sliced
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
4 pork chops (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)
4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour, divided
1 c. milk
Preparation

Arrange potatoes and onions in layers in a greased, 3-quart baking dish, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper.
Trim fat from pork chops and save for later use.
