Sour Cream Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. chopped, peeled apples
    whipped cream
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar and butter; blend at low speed until crumbly.
    Stir in the nuts.
    Press about 2 3/4 cups into the bottom of an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
