Golden Cream Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped potatoes
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 1/2 c. milk
dash of pepper
1 c. water
1/2 c. carrots, sliced
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation

In large pan combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onion, parsley, bouillon and seasonings.
Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
Gradually add milk to flour in a separate bowl.
Mix well.
Add to the vegetables.
Cook until thick.
Add cheese. Simmer until melted.
