Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Shoe Peg corn
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. oleo
    3/4 c. half and half
Preparation
    Melt oleo in skillet and stir in flour.
    Stir until smooth. Add cream and cook until smooth and thickened.
    Drain corn in colander and mix with sauce.
    Place in greased casserole and cook in 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly (30 minutes).
