Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

round steak
2 Tbsp. oil
1 can tomatoes, undrained
2 medium green peppers
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. water with 1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Cook round steak in oil.
Add tomatoes and peppers to round steak.
Add soy sauce, garlic salt, pepper, sugar and ginger to steak mixture.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Blend cornstarch with beef bouillon.
Add to steak mixture.
Cook 10 minutes until thickened. Serve over rice.
