Salad Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small clove garlic or garlic salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 large can V-8 vegetable juice
1/4 c. salad oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tomatoes, finely diced
1 cucumber (about 1 1/2 c.), finely diced
1 green pepper, finely diced
1 c. shredded carrots
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/4 c. thinly sliced green onion (can use chopped white onions)
Preparation

Mix first 7 ingredients in a blender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Keeps for weeks in refrigerator.
