Fried Whitefish(Modern) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. whitefish
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. cornmeal
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    lard
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Salt fish and dip into eggs.
    Mix flour, cornmeal and bread crumbs for breading.
    Dip fish in breading.
    Fry in hot lard for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
