Russian Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oleo/butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix oleo/butter, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Sift the remaining ingredients and add to the mixture.
Chill dough and roll into 1-inch balls.
Bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
While still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
