Polenta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1 c. cold water
    3 c. hot water
    little salt
    grated cheese
    tomato sauce
Preparation
    In pan mix corn meal with 1 cup cold water.
    Add 3 cups hot water and salt.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for 7 to 8 minutes,
    bringing
    heat
    down to low.
    Place in two dishes, cover with gravy and sprinkle with grated cheese.
