Missouri Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sliced white potatoes (8 medium)
    2 onions, sliced
    2 to 3 lb. ground beef
    2 cans crushed tomatoes
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Make 1 pound of your favorite meat loaf and pat into a 10-inch pie plate.
    Spread 1 small can of tomato sauce over top and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Then add grated cheese over top and put back in oven until cheese is melted.
    Slice like pie and serve with beer bread.
