Beef And Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef
    1 lb. green beans (French-cut)
    3 cloves garlic, pressed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 onion, quartered
    1 Tbsp. pepper (black)
    hot cooked rice
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. water
    1 tomato, quartered
Preparation
    Heat oil in wok or frying pan.
    Stir-fry garlic and onion 1 minute.
    Add beef; stir-fry 5 minutes.
    Remove meat.
    Add beans and water.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
    Return beef and add remaining ingredients.
    Serve with hot rice and soy sauce.
