Jackie'S Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 c. sugar
    7 oz. can coconut
    8 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add eggs and sugar to margarine and beat. Add buttermilk and mix thoroughly.
    Add vanilla and coconut. Mix thoroughly.
    Pour into 2 deep dish pie shells.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
