Old-Time Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices buttered toast
1/3 c. seedless raisins
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. Pet milk
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Grease 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Place toast, cut into quarters, in dish.
Sprinkle raisins over top.
Combine eggs, sugar, salt, milk, water and vanilla.
Pour over toast.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 4 servings.
