Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk
3 to 4 Tbsp. oleo, melted
vanilla to taste
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar and mix well.
Stir in flour and milk. Beat until smooth.
Add melted oleo and stir thoroughly.
Add vanilla.
Pour onto preheated skillet or griddle.
Turn when bubbles appear.
