Hungarian-Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large peppers
    1 large can V-8
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. rice
    1 egg
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Prepare peppers (remove white sections).
    Mix ground beef, rice, egg and seasoning.
    Fill peppers; place in deep cooking vessel.
    Cover with V-8.
    Cook for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
