In a large bucket mix the baking powder & very hot water.
In a seperate glass, mix alcohol & Xanthan gum to make a slurry.
While stirring the bucket of hot water mixture, slowly pour in the alcohol slurry.
Add Dawn & stir once more.

Combine flour, xanthan gum, baking powder and soda; add

While whisking sauce, sprinkle xanthan gum in and whisk well. Add xanthan until the sauce has reached the desired thickness.
Alternatively, you can use an immersion blender while adding the xanthan gum to get a completely smooth sauce.
Refrigerate for storage.
