Mix white Karo, butter and brown sugar together and melt in microwave. Mix Crispix, pretzels and nuts together in large bowl, then pour into a greased large baking sheet.
Pour sugar mixture over and toss well to coat. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. When ready, as soon as cool enough to handle, put in gallon Ziploc bags and toss until cool to keep from sticking. Lie flat.
