Mix to combine spices for the taco seasoning. Heat skillet on medium heat and add oil. Add turkey and cook over medium to medium high heat while breaking up the meat with a spatula. After 3-4 minutes add chopped garlic and taco seasoning.
Continue to cook until turkey is done.
Usually you will want to use half the taco seasoning from the above recipe and save the remaining for another taco night. For stronger taco flavor use more seasoning.
To prepare tacos, use leaf lettuce as a taco shell and add condiments as you choose.
Mix all ingredients.
Sprinkle over meat as it bakes or is grilled.

Cut up vegetables and marinate overnight all together in a closed container.
When ready to serve, mix together Miracle Whip, sour cream and Italian seasoning mix.
Mix vegetables and seasoning mixture.
Serve.
Sprinkle ribs with Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning. Mix all of the ingredients above together. Place ribs in and let sit for 2 hours.
Tbsp flour to the seasoning and mixed thoroughly before dusting
Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the bacon, onion, garlic plus parsley & saute until onion is soft & golden brown.
Add the beans, salt to taste preference & Creole seasoning. Reduce heat to low & cook gently for about 30 min or until beans are soft (Add a sml amt of water if needed to keep the beans from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
HINT: Try pairing these beans w/my also newly entered Creole Meatloaf recipe & your favorite thick mashed potatoes. Yum!

Add enough crumbs so that mixture will stick together.
Roll into balls and dry in olive oil.
Refrigerate this until about 3 hours before serving. Put meatball in crock pot and add your favorite BBQ sauce.
Cook on high for about 1 hour and turn to low for remainder of time.
Combine garlic, seasoning salt, pepper and cayenne pepper; rub into roast. Place roast in large Dutch oven and fill half way with water. Add onion. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Reduce heat, simmer and let cook until meat falls off the bone (approximately 3 to 4 hours depending on size of roast). Place hot roast in a serving bowl and pour on your favorite BBQ sauce. Stir until well blended. Serve!

Sprinkle onion over and around sides of meat and top with the onion soup mix. When mixture begins to boil, turn down to low and cook for 10 hours. This roast will fall to pieces and melt in your mouth.
