Take the garlic bread out of the oven and pour a little balsamic vinegar on it. Spoon desired amount of tomato/onion/cheese onto the garlic bread. Personal choice if you want a little more balsamic on top.

Place each half in preheated broiler of oven until browned, about 5 to 10 minutes.
Cut in pieces and serve.

Bake 10 minutes until butter is melted and bread is thoroughly hot. Change setting to broil and watch closely as bread browns.
