Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
Lay out pretzels in rows on a cookie sheet. Place either one Hershey's Hug or Kiss on each pretzel square. Bake until chocolate is soft (not melted). Remove from oven and quickly place another pretzel square on top of the soft Hug or Kiss.
Press down gently. Allow to cool at room temperature until chocolate is hard again, refrigerate or freeze.

SAUCE:
Stir in sugar and butter in a saucepan over low heat until caramel-color; about 10 minutes.
Heat cream until warm.
Slowly stir in cream.
Boil 1 minute to thicken.

TO ASSEMBLE SUNDAE:
Put scoops of ice cream into a bowl.
Drizzle with 2 tablespoons caramel sauce; sprinkle with hershey's candy.

Preheat oven at warm (150\u00b0 to 225\u00b0). Put wax paper on a cookie sheet. Arrange pretzels so they do not overlap. Unwrap Hugs and place in the center of the pretzel. Remove wrappers from Hugs and heat oven to 350F degrees.

Stir brownie mix, pouch of syrup, cocoa, water, oil, and eggs in bowl until well blended.
Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet.
Bake 8 minutes or until set.
Cool 1 minute.
