Slice unpeeled orange into eighths and remove any seeds. Place half of the cranberries and half of the orange in food processor. Pulse until evenly chopped. Tranfer to a bowl and repeat with the other half of orange and cranberries. Stir in sugar to taste and store in refrigerator of freezer.
You can also use a food grinder for the food processor step. The grinder is my preferred method, becaue that's how my Mom made it so many many years ago.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Stir in cranberries, orange, apple, walnuts, cinnamon and cloves.
Chill until set.
Pour into a 4 cup ring mold.
To serve, unmold onto a serving dish.
Garnish as desired.
Combine apples, cranberries and granulated sugar in bowl with hand.
Mix oats, brown sugar, nuts, flour and salt in separate bowl.
Layer in 13 x 9-inch pan the cranberry and sugar mixture. Spread oat mixture over top.
Pour melted butter over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Wonderful served on Thanksgiving.
At low speed cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time and mix until blended.
Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.
Add mandarin orange segments and grated cranberries.
Mix well.
Grease muffin pan well with butter, greasing top surface of pan as well as cups.
Fill muffin cups fairly full.
Sprinkle sugar on top.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
Serves 12.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda in a medium mixing bowl.
Stir in orange juice, oil, orange peel and egg. Mix until well blended.
Stir in cranberries and nuts.
Spread evenly in loaf pan.
Bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool on rack for 15 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool completely.
In a large punch bowl, mix cranberry juice cocktail, pink grapefruit juice cocktail and lemonade concentrate. Chill.
Just before serving, add club soda.
Makes 36 (6 ounce) servings.
Bring water and tea to gentle boil and let steep; add sugar. Remove tea bags, pour into 1 gallon container.
Add Ocean Spray cranberry juice concentrate.
Fill remainder of container with cool water.
Serve hot or cold with lemon wedge or cinnamon stick.
Dissolve jello in water; add cranberry sauce.
Chill until partly set.
Add remaining ingredients.
Serves 6.
Place all ingredients except the lemons in a pitcher, and stir well. Cut 1 lemon into 8 slices, and set slices aside. Cut the remaining lemons in half, and squeeze the juice into the pitcher. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices!

The day before your party, make the ring.
Cut 1 lemon and 1 lime into thin slices.
Remove seeds.
Arrange alternating slices of fruit in bottom of 3 1/2-cup ring mold.
Pour in enough crantastic or cran-orange to barely cover fruit.
Freeze until just set.
Now, add enough Ocean Spray to fill mold.
Freeze overnight. Refrigerate remainder of crantastic or cran-orange.
Combine all ingredients except meatballs in a large saucepan.
Cook until hot.
Stir in meatballs.
Simmer uncovered for 25 minutes or until sauce has thickened slightly. Stir often.

I did 45 meatballs in this instead of 60-80 because we like extra sauce. I served it over basmati rice with fresh veggies on the side.
