Mix all ingredients (except Manwich) and make into meat balls. Pour oil in a skillet and brown the meat balls.
Put meat balls in deep dish and put a can of Manwich over them.

Spoon Manwich sauce (about 1/4 cup) into each biscuit-lined cup.
Cut cheese slices in half.
Crisscross cheese slices on top each cup.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges of biscuits are golden brown.
Cool 1 minute; remove from pan.
