Make 2 crust pie recipe. Put water, sugar and cream of tartar in a pan and bring to a boil. Add Ritz crackers and bring to a boil; boil 1 minute. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with top pie crust. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Fry the onions until golden brown, and then remove from pan to a small dish.

Mix egg well and brush on top crust.
Bake at 350 degrees until crust is golden brown.
Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
Brown hamburger and onions.
Drain.
Stir in seasoning mix.
Spread in plate.
Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick until smooth.
Pour over hamburger mixture.
Bake 25 minutes.
Top with cheese.
Bake 10 minutes longer.
Cool 5 minutes.
Serve with chopped tomatoes and lettuce.

Mix milk, eggs, salt and Bisquick together.
Pour over hamburger.
Top with cheese (grated).
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.

Add taco sauce.
Put hamburger in pie pan.
Mix milk, eggs and Bisquick in bowl.
Pour over hamburger; top with cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.
Brown hamburger with onion and dry seasoning.
Line a large, deep pie pan with pastry crust.
Slice2 zucchini and alternate with layers of meat mixture into the pie crust.
Top with tomato slices.
If the tomatoes are not juicy and ripe, add a bit of tomato juice.
You may use an 8 ounce can of whole tomatoes sliced.
Top with pastry, cut a small hole and dust with pepper.
Bake in a 350'F.
If you are going to make this recipe crustless, you can make in a square baking pan.
This recipe freezes superbly.

Saute pepper and onion.
Brown hamburger and add salt and pepper.
Mix together milk, egg and Bisquick.
Pour meat mixture with onion and pepper into a Pam sprayed square casserole dish. Pour Bisquick mixture over the meat mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until brown.
Top with cheese.
Serves 6 people.
