Mock Apple Pie

Make 2 crust pie recipe. Put water, sugar and cream of tartar in a pan and bring to a boil. Add Ritz crackers and bring to a boil; boil 1 minute. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with top pie crust. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.

Oriental Meat Pie

Fry the onions until golden brown, and then remove from pan to a small dish.
Brown meat.
Add molasses, soy sauce, salt and hot water to cover.
Simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.
Add celery and simmer another 15 minutes.
Add chop suey vegetables and mushrooms (juice and all).
Simmer until all vegetables and meat are tender. Pour into baking dish and cover with Bisquick Meat Pie Recipe to which has been added a small amount of celery seed.

Hamburger Pie

Cook hamburger, green pepper, onion, salt and pepper, until meat is browned.
Remove from heat and drain off excess grease.
Pour in potato soup and mix well.
DO NOT ADD WATER.
Line bottom of a deep dish pie pan with 1 pie crust.
Spoon in 1/2 of meat mixture, top with 1/2 of cheese; repeat with the rest of meat mixture and cheese.
Put top crust on and seal edges with fork.
Mix egg well and brush on top crust.
Bake at 350 degrees until crust is golden brown.

Impossible Taco Pie

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
Brown hamburger and onions.
Drain.
Stir in seasoning mix.
Spread in plate.
Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick until smooth.
Pour over hamburger mixture.
Bake 25 minutes.
Top with cheese.
Bake 10 minutes longer.
Cool 5 minutes.
Serve with chopped tomatoes and lettuce.
Serves 6 or 8 people.

Impossible Hamburger Pie

Brown hamburger and onions in frying pan.
Drain.
Spread in bottom of large pie pan or square pan.
Mix milk, eggs, salt and Bisquick together.
Pour over hamburger.
Top with cheese (grated).
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Top with grated cheese and brown (5 to 8 minutes).

Impossible Taco Pie

Fry hamburger with onions.
Drain.
Add taco sauce.
Put hamburger in pie pan.
Mix milk, eggs and Bisquick in bowl.
Pour over hamburger; top with cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.

Zucchini Hamburger Pie

Brown hamburger with onion and dry seasoning.
Line a large, deep pie pan with pastry crust.
Slice2 zucchini and alternate with layers of meat mixture into the pie crust.
Top with tomato slices.
If the tomatoes are not juicy and ripe, add a bit of tomato juice.
You may use an 8 ounce can of whole tomatoes sliced.
Top with pastry, cut a small hole and dust with pepper.
Bake in a 350'F.
If you are going to make this recipe crustless, you can make in a square baking pan.
This recipe freezes superbly.

Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Lightly grease 10-inch pie plate.
Cook and stir hamburger and onion until brown; drain.
Stir in salt and pepper and spread in pie plate.
Sprinkle with cheese.

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Butter pie plate.
Brown hamburger and onion.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spread in the bottom of pie plate.

Impossible Lasagna Pie

Grease pie pan.
Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan in pan. Mix cooked hamburger, oregano, basil, tomato paste and 1/2 cup Mozzarella.
Spoon evenly over top.
Beat eggs, milk, Bisquick, salt and pepper until smooth.
Pour in pie pan.
Bake until golden brown and knife comes out clean 30 to 35 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Hamburger Pie

Mix salt and chopped onion with hamburger.
Press into a pie plate to form a pie shell.
Fill with stuffing.
Cover with undiluted mushroom soup and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 6. Great with baked potatoes.

Impossible Lasagna Pie

Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan in greased 10-inch pie plate.
Mix meat, 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, spices and tomato paste.
Spoon evenly over top.
Beat eggs, milk, Bisquick, salt and pepper until smooth.
Pour over pie pan.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes at 400\u00b0. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

Brown meat with onion.
Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
Place in a greased pie plate.
Sprinkle cheese on top. Beat egg, milk and Bisquick together and pour over meat.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes until brown.

Impossible Meat Pie

Brown hamburger and onion with taco seasoning or chili powder in skillet.
Mix mild taco sauce, Bisquick, eggs and milk.
Pour over top of meat in baking pan.
Bake 35 minutes at 400\u00b0.
After baked, top with cheese.

Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie pan.
Cook and stir beef and onion in skillet until brown; drain.
Stir in salt and pepper.
Spread in pie plate.
Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick until smooth.
Pour into plate over beef.
Add tomato sauce.
Bake 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake about 8 minutes more. Cool 5 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer.
Remove and let cool for 10 minutes.
Top with extra cheese, tomatoes and lettuce, either in layers or in a circle.
Serve with sour cream.

Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

Saute pepper and onion.
Brown hamburger and add salt and pepper.
Mix together milk, egg and Bisquick.
Pour meat mixture with onion and pepper into a Pam sprayed square casserole dish. Pour Bisquick mixture over the meat mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until brown.
Top with cheese.
Serves 6 people.

Impossible Pumpkin Pie(The Pie That Does The Impossible By Making Its Crust.)

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease pie plate (9 x 1 1/2-inch or 10 x 1 1/2-inch).
Beat all ingredients until smooth, about 2 minutes. Pour into plate.
Bake 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
