Sift the flour and salt together.
Add oil and water.
Work with hands.
If clay is too stiff, add more water.
If clay is too wet, add more flour.
Finally, put in the hand lotion.
Mix the flour and the salt together.

If it is dry, add more water.
When it is just right, add the hand lotion.
Store in the refrigerator.
