Mix water and cornstarch into a spray bottle; use as you would any window cleaner.
Discard after several weeks and mix new batch.
Pour all ingredients into a spray bottle and shake. Spray onto window and wipe clean with newspaper or a 100 percent cotton cloth.
Helpful Hint: The liquid soap included in this recipe helps remove any streak-causing wax left on the window from commercial cleaners used in the past. You can eliminate the soap after a few washings.
Safety note: Always be careful to label containers of homemade cleaners intended for storage and keep them well out of the reach of children.

Mix together cornstarch and water and pour into spray bottle.

I would recommend making half a recipe if you don't have a lot of glass to clean.
If you don't have a spray bottle, just pour some onto a cloth and apply to window.
Wipe off with a dry cloth.

Wash the windows, use a window blade down the window, using the papertowel to wipe off the excess water.
(This is the important part!) Polish with the newspaper. For what ever reason, it cleans better that papertowel!
Note: The best dish cloths I have come across for cleaning granit counter tops and stove tops are the crocheted or knitted cloths that you see at craft fairs. The cotton yarn is cheap at WallMart. You get approx 6 wash cloths per ball.
