Frozen Cucumber - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. thinly sliced cucumbers, peeled
    1 large onion
    1 Tbsp. salt (not iodized)
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine cucumbers, onion and salt and refrigerate 2 hours. Dissolve sugar and vinegar and set aside.
    Drain cucumbers and rinse salt off.
    Add sugar and vinegar mixture.
    Stir, pack and freeze.
    A bit of summer heaven in winter!
