No Fat-No Cholesterol-No Trouble Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 egg whites
    2 c. peeled and chopped apples
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. apple pie spice or cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and place in pie plate sprayed with vegetable spray.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with low-fat whipped topping.
