"Surprises" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

ground sirloin
1 carrot
onion slices
1 medium potato
salt and pepper to taste
all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Make a large patty for each person.
Place each patty separately in foil.
Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce over meat; dash with salt and pepper.
Place slice of onion on top of meat.
Place sliced potato on top of onion.
Place sliced carrot around meat.
Sprinkle with all-purpose flour, seasoning and a little more sauce over vegetables.
Wrap tight in foil. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 325\u00b0.
Serve hot.
