Cornish Hens - cooking recipe

    2 birds
    1/4 c. orange marmalade
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    3 or 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Salt and
    pepper
    insides
    of birds.
    Stuff with cooked brown rice.
    Baste
    with sauce every 15 minutes.\tBake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
