Apricot Oatmeal Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. quick oats
3/4 c. oleo, melted
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except for preserves and coconut.
Beat at low speed until crumbly.
Reserve 1 cup crumbs.
Press remaining crumbs in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
