Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, halved and boned
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    16 oz. Krrrrisp kraut, drained
    4 slices natural Swiss cheese
    1 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Place chicken in greased baking pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Place Krrrrisp kraut over chicken; top with Swiss cheese. Pour dressing evenly over cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
    Makes 4 servings.
