Gourmet Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. basil
1/3 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 large jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
-
Mix first 6 ingredients and shape into balls.
Brown meatballs in 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Place in baking dish and cover with spaghetti sauce.
Top each meatball with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
