Chicken Spinach Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boned and skinned chicken breast (into chunks)
    1/2 slice whole wheat bread
    1/4 c. thawed spinach (frozen)
    1 egg yolk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Put all ingredients except vegetable oil in a food processor and process until finely ground.
    Form small patties and saute in oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat.
    Flip until brown on both sides 1 minute.
    Serve when cool.
