Brazilian Cocoa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 oz. chocolate
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. hot milk
    nutmeg to taste
    3 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. hot coffee
    whipped cream
Preparation
    In top of double boiler, combine chocolate, sugar and salt. Stir in boiling water.
    Over simmering water, heat until chocolate is melted.
    Add milk and coffee; stirring.
    Mix in nutmeg.
    Top with whipped cream.
    Sprinkle with instant coffee, if desired.
