Breakfast Casserole(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. long grain and wild rice
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 large onion, chopped
    8 oz. sliced water chestnuts
    2 3/4 oz. sliced almonds
    1 lb. hot sausage
    8 oz. canned mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown meats and onion.
    Drain fat.
    Cook rice as directed. Combine all ingredients into a 3-quart glass casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
