Coconut Cream Pie(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie crust
    2 boxes sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
    1 c. coconut
    3 c. low-fat milk
    4 oz. Cool Whip (lite)
Preparation
    Mix pudding mix with 3 cups milk. Add coconut.\tPour in baked or graham pie crust. Cover with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with toasted coconut. Keep in refrigerator.
