Fish And Broccoli Roll-Ups(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. flounder or haddock
    4 c. broccoli
    8 lemon wedges
    1/2 c. salad dressing
Preparation
    Cut fish into strips.
    Cut broccoli into small pieces. Alternate broccoli pieces and rolled fish strips onto kabob spears adding lemon wedges to each end.
    Baste with salad dressing. Broil 8 to 10 minutes.
