Mexican Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Ranch Style red beans, washed and dried in colander
    1 tomato, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    3/4 lb. grated cheese (Cheddar)
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    At the last minute before serving, add 1 cup Catalina dressing and about 1/2 bag crushed Fritos.
