Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg until fluffy.
    Beat in remaining ingredients until smooth.
    For thinner pancakes, add 1/4 cup milk.
    Cook on griddle or skillet until golden brown.
    Makes about 9 pancakes.
