Sherried Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck cubes
    1/2 envelope onion soup mix
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    3/4 can sherry (dry)
Preparation
    Mix the onion soup mix, celery soup and sherry; pour over meat in large casserole or roasting pan.
    Cover; bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
    Add water if needed.
    Quick and easy!!
