Quick Coffee Cake(Double Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
6 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. melted oleo or butter

Preparation

Mix all together.
Spread in a 13 x 9-inch pan or two 8-inch pans.
Sprinkle top thickly with sugar and cinnamon (is good with chopped nuts).
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 21 minutes.
