Red Beet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooked beets, mashed
1 c. Crisco oil
2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 1/3 c. flour
1 1/3 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes until done in center.
