    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 c. peeled, chopped fresh apples
    3 c. sifted cake flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix.
    Bake

    9-inch pans at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
