Oriental Tossed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 pkg. Ramen noodles, crushed
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 bunch chopped green onion
    1 bunch broccoli florets
    2 pkg. romaine lettuce
Preparation
    Mix all together right before serving. Serves 12 to 15.
