Spaghetti Genoa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb Italian Sausage
2 tsp. bertolli virgin olive oil
2 Minced garlic cloves
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 - 8oz cans plain tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tbls. dried parsley
1 pound spaghetti
fresh grated parmesian cheese
Preparation

Heat 2 tsp. olive oil in skillet. Skin sausage (squeeze sausage out of casing)and brown in skillet. Add garlic and onion and saute until onion is transparent. Drain off fat. Add the three cans of tomato sauce, salt, pepper, oregano, basil and parsley. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes. Stir occasionally and serve over one pound hot cooked spaghetti (cooked according to package). Top with freshly grated parmesian cheese.
