Meat Loaf Randy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs ground beef
    2 eggs beaten slightly
    1 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs finely broken
    1/4 cup diced onion
    2 tbs butter
    2 tsp salt
    dast pepper
    1 tbs Nance's mustard (or regular)
    1/2 cup milk
    1/4 cup catsup
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs. Saute onion in butter until semi soft. Add to meat mixture with remaining ingredients. Mix with hands; pack into loaf pan.
    Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. (If making 1/2 recepe bake for 1 1/4 hours)
